  Hierbij vraag ik mij af: Is het wel legaal om tools te hebben die youtube filmpjes zomaar 'downloaden' ?

  Want het stukje direct er op volgend: [quote][..] and may not be downloaded [..][/quote] is natuurlijk grote onzin, want raad eens wat jij doet als je het filmpje ?berhaupt wil bekijken?
  Of je nou streamt of download, je haalt de info naar je pc toe. En in welke vorm dat is... ach dit progje maakt er alleen een ander formaat van.
  
  Zolang je het verder alleen voor eigen gebruik gebruikt, geen probleem m.i.

  Als je bij voorbeeld een filmtrailer download en je verkoopt hij dan is dit verboden, voor je zelf houden niet.

  probeer dit eens als je een fimpjz aan het bekijken bent verander je de y van youtube in een 3 bv: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k33DEEI-15c&feature=popular naar http://www.3outube.com/watch?v=k33DEEI-15c&feature=popular
