Het is al een tijdje geleden dat ik een topic opende hier komt er nu eentje...
Telkens als ik men computer opstart komt er dit schermpje van norton, opzich stoort het me niet want als je een paar keer op "ok" drukt verdwijnd het meteen maar nu heb ik ondervonden dat als ik WORD opstart dan krijg ik dit bericht ook :s: weer als ik een paar keer op "ok" druk verdwijnd het weer.
EDIT: WORD start dan wel op, met andere programma' s heb ik het niet en norton was al voorgeinstalleerd dus ik heb geen cd: maar daar kan het niets mee te maken hebben.

Hij geeft toch zelf de oplossing? Gewoon opnieuw instaleren. Of dat nou zo moeilijk was om de oploassing te vinden?

EDIT/ er zit geen knop repareren bij alleen wijzigen en verwijderen en wachtwoord opnieuw invoeren

Kun je niet ergens de serial/gegevens uitlezen die je nodig hebt om hem weer legaal te maken uitlezen?(in EVEREST kun je bepaalde licenties uitlezen, ik weet niet wat voor manier Norton gebruikt)
Dat je dus een illegale norton download en die legaliseert met jouw eigen gegevens. Of dat je een illegale ergens download en daarmee de norton die je hebt te repareren, dan moet je wel precies dezelfde versie downloaden.

Dat kun je nog als laatste redmiddel gebruiken, want Norton doet zijn werk wel. ([offtopic]ik ben verder ook niet echt positief over norton, ik probeerde het laatst te verwijderen op Vista... wat een drama en het was zo traag[/offtopic])

Ja maar mijn abonement loopt nog wel en dat kost 60 euro voor 1 jaar en het is pas verlengt dus graag zou ik het nog een jaartje houden en dan een andere opzetten.

als je een licentie hebt gekocht kun je waarschijndelijk bij symentec (of hoe de fabrikant ook heet) gratis of voor een kleine vergoeding een vervangende cd krijgen, bel anders eens naar de helpdesk.

Of heb je al geprobeerd of je de serial kunt uitlezen met everest en daarmee een gedownloade versie kunt gebruiken??... ipv dat je 2 keer zegt dat je nog een tijd hebt met Norton...

Ik neem aan dat je met jb mij bedoelt;)
Ik zag dat jij Everest home edition had staan op je bureaublad, daar kun je onder de rubriek software toch ook bij licenties kijken. Ik weet niet zeker of die er bij staat, niet alles word daar vermeld. Ik weet ook niet hoe de beveiliging van Norton werkt, maar het zal wel een serial zijn.
En als je dan dezelfde versie van Norton download en die installeert met dezelfde serial.
Of je download nu gewoon dezelfde versie als je al hebt en kijkt of daar een reparatie mode in zit. Als het goed is heb je de serial gewoon ergens in een register van jou staan en hoef je bij de reparatie niet weer in te vullen.
Dus zou je het alleen maar ergens moeten downloaden, en waarschijnlijk moet dat wel illegaal, maar een legale serial maakt dat wel goed.

Ik zag ook dat jij een home-edition hebt, misschien is dat wel het verschil tussen een home en een ultimate. Misschien is er iemand die dat kan bevestigen??..
