Zo warm vind ik het nog niet, een nieuwe cpu mag zo rond de 70/75 graden worden. Een hardeschijf mag zo'n 60/65 graden worden(de nieuwere). Maar dit ligt ook verschillend per merk, type en noem maar op;)

Je kan zo niet bepalen of het 'te warm is'. Je moet de details natuurlijk ook een beetje weten. Bijv.:
-wat is de omgeving (maakt nu niet veel uit denk ik, het is overal warm)
-Kan de warme lucht voldoende wegstromen
Er zijn verschillende factoren die meedraaien. Nu zijn dit niet zulke hele dramtische tempraturen, en als je er geen last van hebt (hiermee bedoel ik vastlopers enzo) dan hoef je je nergens druk om te maken.

Ik weet niet waar jij op doelt, maar als een CPU 70 tot 75 graden word, zou ik hem tot echt weer terug brengen. Dat zijn zeer zeker geen normale tempraturen. Het zelfde geld voor een HDD. 45 is zo ongveer de max voor een HDD en CPU is verschillend. De oudjes (hiermee bedoel ik bijv. een Duron) mogen wat warmer worden als bijv. de e6600 of de e6750 van Intel.

De meeste huidige CPU's kunnen (op een gezonde manier) werken tot temperaturen van maxima 60 tot 70 graden (verschilt per processor, zie BalusC bv.)
Echter betreft het hier een speciale laptop CPU, namelijke Core Duo L2300 met een Yonah core, welke tot een maximum van 100 graden celcius kan.
Nadat een CPU zijn maximum heeft bereikt wat de warmte betreft, gaat deze throttelen en gaat het systeem langzamer werken.
Toch merk je dit meestal niet, omdat de PC/laptop zichzelf waarschijnlijk al eerder zal uitschakelen bij een reeds standaard ingestelde temperatuur.
Je zou voor de zekerheid eens een stresstest kunnen doen, of de zwaarste taak of game die je hebt een uurtje spelen en kijken wat dan de temps zijn. Ik zou alleen (automatisch) terug (laten) klokken indien je er ook last van zou hebben, bijvoorbeeld als de onderkant van de laptop erg heet wordt of de CPU toch gaat throttelen.
@Roy92: ?45 graden kan nog absoluut geen kwaad voor hdd's, de huidige hdd's hebben allemaal een offici?le max. van 55 of 60 graden (operating temps, alle bekende merken). Edit: 45 graden is niet bepaald schadelijk voor de levensduur, als je echt op of over de max gaat zitten wel. Onderzoek ernaar door Google.
De TS zou wel eens moeten nakijken welke hdd hij heeft en hoe warm die mag worden (fabrikantsite datasheet) en hoe warm de schijf wordt tijdens veel hdd-activiteit.
