Ik zit al lang met de vraag hoe maak ik 'n mp3 cd
je weetwel zo'n cd met 150 liedjes op..?

Een CD dat 150 liedjes bevat lijkt me nogal onwaarschijnlijk. Hoe meer ruimte je hebt op de CD, hoe meer liedjes je erop kunt zetten.
Op een CD van 500 Mb ga je minder liedjes op kunnen zetten dan op een CD van 800 Mb.
Een muziekCD kan je overigens ook erg gemakkelijk maken tegenwoordig, je hoeft het niet ver te zoeken. Sleep de liedjes die je op de CD wilt branden naar het CD/DVD-station, en brand ze vervolgens. (enkel met XP-Vista)
Of je maakt gebruik van software, zoals Windows Media Player (als je het gratis wilt houden) of een commercieel pakket zoals Nero. (is wel gratis trial van, kuch-key-kuch kan je wel vinden... :-# )
Verder lijkt het dat je weinig opzoekwerk hebt verricht, via Google kan je genoeg tut's vinden e.d.

maar dat je bijvoorbeeld alle mp3 bestanden op een cd van 700 mb opslaat kun je ze dan gewoon branden wannt onze radio is mp3 cd compatibel...
Als je ze via wmp brand heb je toch maar 80 minuten

Dat hangt van je CD af. Als je cd max. 80 min. ondersteunt, ga je niet boven dit limiet geraken. Enige oplossing is een betere cd gaan kopen.

Ik vrees dat ik even niet goed kan volgen... :p Je kan je liedjes niet opslaan op een CD h?, dan zijn ze al sowieso op de cd gebrand. Hmm, sommige radio's kunnen wel geen gebrande CD's afspelen. :|
Beste is dan dat je gewoon Nero gebruikt:

Als je radio echt full mp3 compactable is dan moet je gewoon een data cd maken en daar al je mp3 files (of gewoon hele mappen) op zetten. Dit moet dan gewoon werken hoor en dan hoef je niet te zitten klooten met die 80 minuten onzin gewoon je 700 mb volpleuren ;)

Je kan die MP3 cd branden door juist niet Make Audio CD te kiezen, maar juist Make Jukebox Audio-cd.
Bij de eerste maak je een Audio-cd voor iedere cd-speler, met de tweede maak je een MP3 Audio-cd die alleen geschikt is voor cd-spelers die MP3 of WMA ondersteunen.
Je kunt ook Nero Express starten en dan Muziek > Jukebox Audio-cd.
Het is inderdaad gewoon hetzelfde als een data-cd maken, maar wellicht heb je hiermee meer opties voor bijvoorbeeld het maken van covers met Nero CoverDesigner.
Het maken van mappen op een MP3 cd is zoals Soemie aangeeft mogelijk, maar sommige apparaten doen hier moeilijk over en hanteren opeens rare volgorden, en goedkope mp3 spelers (zowel mp3 als dvd/radio spelers met mp3-functie) kunnen wel eens vasthangen of een liedje overslaan zo leert mijn ervaring :-#

Bij mij thuis doe ik het op deze manier en uit de handleiding van mijn CD/DVD-speler gehaald.
Maak een data-cd en je kan dan kiezen of je de mp3 (of WMA) los op de cd wilt plaatsen of in een map (of meerdere).
De CD/DVD-speler herkend automatisch waar de mp3's (WMA) staan en speelt ze gewoon af.
Je kan ook even de handleiding van de betreffende CD/DVD-speler raadplegen, staat vaak wel aangegeven hoe zo'n cd gemaakt dient te worden.
Heb je twijfels of het goed gaat brand ze dan eerst eens op een CD-RW of DVD-RW, anders heb je zo een verzameling onderzetters bij elkaar gespaard.

lol, een dvd brander kan alles wat een cd brander ook kan en een dvd speler kan alles wat een cd speler ook kan , normaal gesproken.

Die informatie klopt ja. Een DVD-brander (tevens ook een lezer natuurlijk) kan inderdaad alles wat een cd-speler kan, plus dvd's branden/lezen wat een cd-brander niet kan.
Maar ik denk dat de TS al lang geholpen is, hij heeft al minstens 2 keer om een slotje gevraagd. :p
