Ik heb geen grote vraagteken, mijn broer heeft een Intel Pentium 4 640 3.2 GHz (Prescot)(Socket 775) processor maar overal lijkt het er op dat hij er 2 heeft, ik weet dat sommige processors zich voordoen als 2 om taen sneller af te handelen maar dat is bij mijn PC ook zo, maar hij heeft overal (Bij taakbeheer, everst, DxDiag) 2
CPU's staan..
Het zal wel niet zo zijn, maar ik ben gewoon benieuwd..

Ok, wat overegens raar is dat hij zich constant terug clocked.. dat is toch alleen bij laptops? Hij gaat namelijk terug rond de 2800 MHz als hij niets doet. Het schommeld enorm.

tis idd 1 enkele core. pas vanaf de intel pentium D serie word het dual core (het verschil tussen intel pentium D en core 2 duo is dat intel pentium d 2 single cores zijn en in core 2 duo zijn ze speciaal ontworpen om in dual core te draaien.)

Standaard heeft ie een processorsnelheid van 3200 Mhz
En jij zegt dat ie dan opeens naar 2800 Mhz gaat als je niets doet?

Ja dat is dan voor strommverbruik, dan gaat die kijken hoeveel hij op dat moment nodig heeft en dat verbruikt hij dan;)
