Is de 7900 er niet in AGP dan? vaak komen de AGP versies later uit.. bij de X800 serie was dat ook.

De kloof tussen 6600GT en 7900GT is behoorlijk groot, dus daar zou ik maar eens goed over nadenken, en vooral ook kijken naar wat de rest van je systeem momenteel is...
Op dat andere videokaart topic vindt je misschien nog wat ide?en/info wat bruikbaar is, en ik raad je aan hier je specs neer te zetten ;)

De 7800GS is er in AGP. Bijna net zo goed als een 7900...

met een losse videokaart wordt minimaal 300W aanbevolen

met een dergelijk systeem is het ook niet aan te raden zo een dure/goede kaart te kopen.
Tussen 150/200 is genoeg voor een goede kaart die goed in balans is met je systeem, wil je betere graphics en de nieuwste games goed spelen, dan is het aan te raden de rest van het systeem ook verder te upgraden...
Afhankelijk van de graka die je wil heb je indd minstens 300 of 350W nodig aan voeding.
Een nieuw mobo met PCI-E en de huidige technische toepassingen zou natuurlijk ook fijn zijn, maar dat kost natuurlijk ook weer wat geld...
Ik zou zeggen, neem een goede bijbaan en begin maar met sparen voor een lekkere upgrade waar je dan weer lang mee zoet kunt zijn :p
