watch and set the time and set appointments for 20 hours so I was wondering why we're at 19 hours and 41 minutes but don't you worry don't you worry I'm not going to make you work out for 19 hours but this may or may not be an exact 20 minute workout so forgive me if it's 21 but I'm sure you'll thank me later so 5 push-ups here we go and there's different ways to do push-ups you can also do push-ups with your hands and your elbows that go out which is more of a chess workout to me I don't like those because I have to work harder like we bring them in more like a chaturanga style pushup when you're doing in yoga and that way you bring your elbows back but to me if you don't have strong triceps and it's gonna not be fun but you're also using less energy so I like them because in the long run very easier but it's really up to you so give me some nice burpees all of you advanced folks are going chest to deck and coming all the way up with a clap back into squats so I like my little thing with the watch hey that's kind of a blonde thing already isn't it so I've got about the mindset for the blonde what do you guys think I mean it would kind of give a really good excuse to the blonde moment that just happened with the watch I don't know
